Casa con guiño is an old cortijo (farmhouse) that we (Sjaklien Euwals and Jan Katuin) have renovated.
We offer our light, airy, spacious apartment for rent as a holiday home whilst we live in the remainder of the house so we can offer you help and advice, should you need it.
Casa con guiño, 'house with a wink', is situated in the heart of Andalusia, just one hour's drive from Granada airport and 80 minutes from Málaga airport.
Al the famous cities such as Granada, Córdoba, Jaén and Málaga can be visited in a one hour and 20 minutes drive by car.
On the private, secluded terrace is a lounge pool with submerged seats (200 x 200 cm and 120 cm deep), for your exclusive use. You can sit and relax in the water sipping from your glass of wine or just soaking up the sun and cool down.
The holiday home (85m² + 80m² terrace) is fully equipped for 2 persons.
Downstairs: hall, living-/diningroom with kitchen part, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms.
Next to the pool we created a mirador where you have a stunning view over the beautiful 'Los Agrazales' valley. On the mirador you can sit, view the valley and dream away in the seemingly endless landscape.
The village swimming pool (open in July and August) and restaurants/bars of Fuentes de Cesna are a 5 minute drive from casa con guiño; the villages of Algarinejo and Iznájar a 15 minute drive.
Located in the still largely undiscovered Andalucian inland, in the heart of Andalucia bordering the provinces of Granada, Córdoba and Málaga. The land here is known for its hundreds of thousands of olive trees and beautiful pueblos blancos (white villages), many with pre-historic and Roman ruins, medieval churches and castles.

Casa con guiño is to rent for up to 2 people, rental period with a minimum of four days to as long as you want. Day of arrival: flexible.
Period November 1 - March 31, rental price per week for 2 persons: € 550,-*
Period April 1 - October 31, rental price per week for 2 persons: € 675,-*
*Rental prices are all inclusive of bedding and linen, gas, water, electricity, firewood and final cleaning.

Method of payment
With your booking we ask for a deposit of € 150,- per booking week. You can transfer this amount to our Dutch or Spanish bank account. You can also pay with PayPal.
Your deposit is the final reservation of your holiday period.
You pay the remainder of the rental amount by bank four weeks before your rental period starts.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel three months prior to your stay, you will receive your deposit (€150,- per booking week) back.
If canceled within two months prior to the stay, we will charge your deposit.
In case of cancellation within one month before your arrival, we are forced to charge the full rent.
Our advice? Make sure you have a good cancellation insurance!
